SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Narrowcast 9.x - 10.x, when a user executes a subscription saving a a document as a PDF file, the user sees the error:
Document Element 1 is being canceled due to partial results. - 0:Document will be removed because Document Element 1 returned partial results.
CAUSE:The document size is reaching a limit.
ACTION:Modify the governing setting at the information source module level "Maximum memory consumption for PDF file generation":
To reach the settings, please go into The Administration settings and expand it
- Click on the Information Source Module
- Click on Define
- Click on Advanced Properties to reach the following window:
