The requested object with id xxx and type 4 (Metric) does not exist in object context

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create two reports with an attribute and a metric
2. In both reports, create a derived metric which is named the same in each
3. Create a document and add both reports as a dataset
4. Place both of the derived metrics on the document in either the Detail Header or Detail section.
5. Use the dynamic text box to create an equation for either one or both metrics. For example: {.1*:}. The equations do not need to be the same.
6. Attempt to save and close the document and the error will appear.
CAUSE:
This issue occurs when a document has multiple datasets with derived metrics that are named the same.  Even though when the derived metric is added to the report with format :, the issue still occurs.
ACTION:
This issue is not known to occur in Strategy 9.4.0. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix. Contact Strategy Technical support if issue still occurs.
WORKAROUND:
Name all derived metrics that will appear on the document differently.
The Strategy Internal Reference Number for the issue discussed in this technical note is 818982.
