The columns on a Microchart can be rearranged as desired in Flash mode in Strategy Web 9.2.x, as seen below:

Follow these steps to achieve this:
Right click on the Microchart while in Flash mode and select 'Properties'.
From the top left menu, select 'Mode' and disable "Lock Layout", like seen below.
Click OK.
Using the mouse pointer click on a column header and drag it to a different location.
Notice that the 'Closed cases (Actual vs. Target)' sparkline column has been dragged to the left and dropped in between the 'Open cases (TM)' and 'Closed Cases (TM)' metric columns, like shown below.
