There is no specific feature in Strategy Web 9.4.1 and above that allows the user to link two grids in a way that would let them scroll both of them at the same time. Follow these steps to achieve that.
ACTION:
Create a Blank Dashboard and add any two datasets to it.
Create a panel stack.
In the panel stack Properties and Formatting, set the 'Content Overflow' to 'Scroll', like shown below.
Add the two grids to the panel stack next to each other.
Go to Properties and Formatting of each of the grids and make the following adjustments:
In General: Disable 'Show title bar'.
In Layout: Select the 'Fit to contents' radio button under the Height section, like shown below.
In Advanced: Disable 'Incremental Fetch'
Run the Dashboard and now the two grids scroll synchronized using the Panel Stack's scroll bar, as seen below.
