SYMPTOM:
"%1 referred object is not found in connectivity pool." error message appears when executing a report services document in Strategy Web 9.x.
In DSSErrors.log, the following error is recorded:

Pool::Add: single object size 209544KB is greater than max memory consumption limit 204800KB. The Maximum RAM for Working Set cache limit has been exceeded with this request.

CAUSE:
It is caused by insufficient working set cache memory. The default maximum RAM for working set cache is 200MB.
ACTION:
Increase working set cache memory setting from Intelligence Server Configuration > Governing Rules > Working set, as shown below:
