SYMPTOM:
The pre-cache feature doesn't work for the documents and reports in subfolder with Strategy Mobile 9.4.1.
Example:
There are two folders, Folder A and Folder B. Folder B is inside Folder A.
There are two documents, Document A and Document B. Both documents can be pre-cached in Strategy Mobile if pre-cache for the document is configured.
The path of Document A: Folder A\Document A
The path of Document B: Folder A\Folder B\Document B
When pre-cache is configured for Folder A, Document A will be pre-cached, while Document B will not be pre-cached.
CAUSE:
This behavior is by design.
In Strategy Mobile 9.4.1, the pre-cache feature doesn't work for the documents and reports in subfolder.
