Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) is a web service to set up, operate, and scale a relational database in the cloud. Amazon RDS gives the user access to the capabilities of a familiar MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL database engine. The code, applications, and tools already used with the existing databases can be used with Amazon RDS.
This means that Strategy will support these databases just like any other physical database on a network. Any databases that are certified and supported with the Strategy release will also be supported if they are hosted on Amazon RDS.
