SYMPTOM:
The date format of "Last update" field for English (United Kingdom) is shown as English (United States) date format on report execution page in Strategy Web 9.4.1.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue with Strategy Tutorial project: 
 

1. In Strategy Web Preferences, change the option "Number and Date Format" to "English (United Kingdom)" under Project Defaults > General, as shown below:

• Run any Report Services document, note that the field "Last update" at the top right corner is showing English (United Kingdom) date format, as shown below:

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 9.4.1.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Web 10.x. Upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
