SYMPTOM:
Users are unable to see the Project access session in Project Configuration, as showed below. The session should be between Statistics session and Security filter session.
CAUSE:
Project access session is only visible to users with "Assign security roles" privilege. Users who are unable to see it are not granted the corresponding privilege.
ACTION:
Assign "Assign security roles" privilege to users.
