KB46094: The logs in StatisticFailedSQLs.log are partially overwritten after restarting Intelligence Server in MicroStrategy 9.x

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy 9.x, the logs in StatisticFailedSQLs.log are partially overwritten after restarting Intelligence Server.
 
Before restarting Intelligence Server:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Login to Intelligence Server as Administrator.
2. Restart Intelligence Server while the user session is kept.
3. Note that the logs in StatisticFailedSQLs.log are partially overwritten.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x.
