SYMPTOM:
If a proxy connection is required for the Intelligence Server 9.x to connect to the internet, push notifications would not deliver because the Intelligence Server is is unable to connect to Apple's gateway servers.
In this case, an error similar to the following may be seen:

ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 10 Secure Enterprise Platform . Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
WORKAROUND:
The Intelligence Server needs to connect to a specific port and IP range in order to deliver push notifications.
A firewall exception or additional proxy rules could be defined to allow the server to connect to this specific IP and port range. Refer to the action documented in the following TechNote for details:
