KB46123: HTML, PDF, Excel, and Flash delivery formats are missing when using "Send Now" on a Visual Insight Analysis in MicroStrategy Web 9.4.x.

This technical note describes the change in Visual Insight delivery formats from 9.3.1 to 9.4.x.

SYMPTOM:
After upgrading to Strategy Web 9.4.x, the HTML, PDF, Excel, and Flash delivery formats are missing in Visual Insight Dashboards.

CAUSE:
This behavior is expected. The HTML, PDF, Excel, and Flash delivery format options have been removed from the Analysis delivery formats in order to remain consistent with Strategy Analytics Desktop. Only delivery formats compatible with Visual Insight are available.
Note: In Strategy 10.x, it is possible to send Visual Insight dashboards as a .mstr file for delivery as well.
