SYMPTOM:
The following error message appears after selecting the database data source in the Data Import option in Strategy Web Universal 9.3.1 Hotfix 4:

The Fiddler log shows the following error message when reproducing this issue: 
 


Task encountered a null pointer exception: java.io.File

 
CAUSE: 
There are missing files in the Strategy Web Universal because the Strategy WAR file was deployed in a temporary folder. 
 
ACTION:
Ask to the WebLogic web server administrator to deploy the Strategy WAR file in exploded mode.
