Error in document results

CAUSE: One of the reasons this error occurs is due to a missing attribute specified in the personalization of the document. When a personal view subscription is created, formatting changes are saved in the metadata. When a user opens the personal view subscription the document will then be executed with the saved personalization. If an attribute is missing in the dataset that is specified in the personalization of the document the user will see the "Error in document results" error.
ACTION: The best practice while using a personal view subscription is to not modify the dataset reports or the document by removing attributes after the subscriptions are created. If modification of the reports or document is necessary, then the personal view subscriptions must be created again.
