SYMPTOM:
Text wrapping does not work in Strategy Office 9.x and 10.x through PowerPoint when a user retrieves a document with a grid on it; the text gets cut off, like shown below.

The text is cut off regardless of having the "AutoFit to rows" setting enabled in the Strategy Office Options, like shown below:
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Office 9.x and affects all MS products (Powerpoint, Excel and Word).
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the issue.
