KB46283: "MicroStrategy Portlet is temporarily unavailable" error message appears when adding a MicroStrategy portlet to a Liferay 6.2.0 page in MicroStrategy Web 9.4.1.

SYMPTOM:
In Liferay CE 6.2 (GA1), when configuring the Strategy Liferay Portlet WAR, the following error appears:

Strategy Portlet is temporarily unavailable.

1. Install Liferay 6.2.0(GA1)CE.
2. Load the out of the box Strategy Liferay portlet WAR to the Liferay server.
3. Add a Strategy portlet to a page.
4. The error appears.
    

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 9.4.1.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy 9.4.1 HF6 and above. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
 
WORKAROUND:
In versions earlier than 9.4.1 HF6,use Liferay CE 6.1 (GA1 and GA2) instead.
