SYMPTOM:
A graph formatted to display axis values in the percent format in web does not show the same formatting when viewed in MicroStraegy Mobile using the Time Series Widget.

CAUSE:
The default setting of the widget to "condense labels" is enabled. This will simplify the formatting of the axis labels causing them to look as above.
ACTION:
On Strategy Web edit the dashboard to alter the widget properties. Disable the setting to condense labels.
Once the setting has been disabled the graph Y axis in the Time Series widget should display in the desired percent format as the example below:
