KB46324: A black screen is shown when running a dashboard on a mobile device, in MicroStrategy Mobile 9.4.1.

SYMPTOM:
If no data is returned after running a dashboard on a mobile device, a black screen displays in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1. When running the same dashboard from Strategy Web, the following message appears:
 

Sample Code/Error

No data returned for this view. This might be because the applied filter excludes all data.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy 9.4.1 Hotfix 3 and Strategy Mobile Update 3. Upgrade to these versions or later to take advantage of this fix.
