KB46351: After an user puts in credentials and clicks the "login" button, the Web page will keep loading in MicroStrategy Web.

SYMPTOM:
The Strategy Web login page loads correctly, but after an user puts in his credentials and clicks the login button the page keeps loading and there is no response.
 
The following errors will be logged in the DSSErrors.log and Web log.
DSSErrors.log:

2014-02-28 18:34:46.061 [HOST:xxxxxxxxxxx][PID:10527][THR:641115904][Metadata Server][Error][0x8004140B] Object with ID '90E1B80611E3929D5DDD0080EF85387E' and type 32 (Project) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted.

Web log:

The URL you have selected for re-direction is invalid. Please verify that the URL syntax is correct, and note that it must be relative and not absolute. (Cannot forward after response has been committed

 
CAUSE:
One possible cause for this issue is that the project has been deleted and the Intelligence Server memory didn't have the current definitions.
 
ACTION:
Restart the Intelligence Server to resolve the issue.
