The "Allow height to shrink" property for the Document Header section does not shrink the height of the section when exporting to HTML in MicroStrategy Web 9.x

SYMPTOM:

Users have the ability to check the box 'Allow height to shrink' for the Document Header section in Strategy Web 9.x.  However, there will still be empty space displayed between the Document Header and Detail Header sections when exported to HTML.  Refer to the two images below for comparison.

  3. Increase the height of the document header section by a few inches.
  4. Add a text box in Detail header section that says 'TEST'.
  5. Check the option 'height can shrink' for both sections.
