SYMPTOM:
All of Mobile users started seeing an error when trying to access Strategy Mobile Server:
Sample Code/Error
Error: The license to run Strategy Mobile on this server is not valid or cannot be found. Please ensures you have a valid license before using Strategy Mobile.

Mobile Server Port: xx
Mobile Server Path: xx
However, the mobile server has been running with the same license key for past weeks or even months.
CAUSE:
The exact root cause of this issue has not been identified, but it appears that License Manager on Mobile Server machine can no longer access to a valid installation information.
ACTION:
Uninstall and re-install Strategy Mobile Server.
- For ASP Mobile Server, go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features > Uninstall or change a program, then, select Strategy to start the installation wizard.
- For JSP Mobile Server, steps to undeploy vary depending on the application server. For example,

or consult application server administrator for the most appropriate steps to undeploy Mobile Server
