SYMPTOM:
 
When using the Strategy Web Import functionality in 9.x and 10.x, to create a DSN-less MS Access connection, users get the following error.  'Data source name not found and no default driver specified'

CAUSE:
 
The Microsoft Access Database Engine file is missing from the Strategy Intelligence Server as it was not included in the machine's operating system by default
