Under certain circumstances, operating systems releases are tested and certified/supported for Intelligence Server after the release of the Strategy version that they have been tested with. A common example of this occurrence would be when a major operating system version is released shortly after the release of a Strategy version and there is sufficient business demand for this certification.
Such a certification/support constitutes a post-certification (or a post-support) status since the testing is performed after the release of that particular Strategy version. Therefore, the certification/support information would not be present in the Intelligence Server Readme file of that Strategy release.
The difference between the post-certified and the post-supported status is the same as that between the ‘certified’ and the ‘supported’ status as conveyed in the Readme file.
