KB46537: In a symmetrical cluster, the status of a project is not synchronized across the Intelligence Server nodes in MicroStrategy Analytics Enterprise.

SYMPTOM:
 
In a symmetrical clustered Strategy Intelligence Server 9.4.1 environment, even though a project is unloaded or is in an idle state on one node, the status of the same project is not updated in the other node(s).
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. In a Strategy Intelligence Server 9.4.1 cluster, connect to one of the Intelligence Server nodes through Strategy Desktop or Strategy Developer.
2. Go to Administration > System Administration > Cluster Nodes.
3. Expand all the nodes.
4. Right-click one of the projects and unload it.
5. Refresh the screen and expand all the nodes again.
6. The status of the project is different across the nodes as shown below.

 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue in Strategy Analytics Enterprise 9.4.1.
