SYMPTOM:
When exporting a document that contains an image in Strategy Web 9.x, the following error message may be seen in the DSSErrors log.
CDSSHtmlExporter::CaptureImage: no exporting of a possibly hacked image <imagename> and its BINARY is not among supported types: jpg/jpeg/png/gif/bmp/tiff/tif.
CAUSE:
Before the document is exported, the image is parsed to read basic information about the image. If it does not match the expected format or the image is a place holder, the error message will appear.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support to determine why the image is causing the error message to appear.
