SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Mobile 9.4.1, if a user scrolls to the bottom of an Interactive Grid widget targeted by a selector and then apply a selection, the Interactive Grid widget shows empty results. The selections is applied correctly when not scrolling down to the bottom of the grid.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
These are the steps to reproduce the issue in Strategy Tutorial:
1. Create a report containing the "Item" attribute.
2. Create a document with the previously created report as the dataset.
3. Insert an Interactive Grid widget with the "Item" attribute in the rows.
4. Create a search box selector for the "Item" attribute in the Interactive Grid widget;
5. Save the document and open it in Strategy Mobile. The document will look similar to the following:
6. Scroll to the bottom of the Interactive Grid and then add a new selection;
7. No results are shown in the Interactive Grid.
This issue still occurs when using a different selector type.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile iOS Update 3. Upgrade to that version to take advantage of the fix.
WORKAROUND:
Scroll up to the top of the grid and apply the selection again, the results will be displayed.
