SYMPTOM:
The error "The Image map/shape file could not be found" is received when displaying Image Layout widget in Strategy Office 9.4.1.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue with Strategy Tutorial project:
1. In Strategy Web, create a Document with an Image Layout widget.
2. In Microsoft Excel, run the document in Flash mode via Strategy Office. Note that the following error is received:
"The Image map/shape file could not be found".
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Office 9.4.1.
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
