The 'Web Object search' feature is available by default in Web but Administrators can control which users have this feature displayed.

From Developer, open the user editor and expand the 'Web Reporter' privileges. Uncheck the 'Web object search' privilege as shown below:-

Going back to Strategy Web will display the page without the 'Web object search' option.
