SYMPTOM:
When exporting a Visual Insight Dashboard to PDF in Strategy 9.4.1 the preview page appears to be blank and doesn't show any data. This issue happens in Google Chrome with the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
CAUSE:
One possible cause is that the Chrome plugin for "Chrome PDF Viewer" is enabled instead of the "Adobe Reader" plugin.
ACTION:
The preview page will display correctly when the "Chrome PDF Viewer" option in chrome://plugins/ is disabled and the "Adobe Reader" option is enabled instead as seen below:
