SYMPTOM:
"Remove extra column" option in Report Options is grayed out for some users in Strategy Web 9.x as shown below:
CAUSE:
One possible cause for this issue is that these users has no enough privileges to set column width.
ACTION:
Edit these users in Desktop and check privilege "Web set column widths" under "Web professional" as shown below:
