SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 9.x, when users run a report and switch to the Data tab, they find that the icon 'Toggle Attribute Form Names' is not displayed. This also happens when using the Administrator user.
CAUSE:
The Web preferences setting "Show attribute form names" under Grid display is not set to "Read from report".
ACTION:
1. Ensure that the Web preferences setting "Show attribute form names" under Grid display is set to "Read from report".
2. In order to enable the button 'Toggle Attribute Form Names' right click on the desired attribute and select to display at least two attribute forms as shown below:
This will enable the button and allow to toggle between the different attribute forms as shown below:
