The bootstrap sequence has failed. See the Error Log for details.
Error #2032
Please check if the URL is correct and check Strategy Web Error Log.

There is no helpful information in the Strategy Web error Log.

CAUSE:

If the issue is reproduced while using Fiddler (TN: 20064), the following error may be seen:

and if we look in the details we may find the following:

The requested resource (/930HF2/resBundles/VisualExplorerViewerBundle_1050.xml) is not available.

The cause of this issue is that the translation files for Visual Insight have not been added, or are in the wrong location. Strategy is storing the VI and Flash language bundles separately to the other language bundles. From the error message in Fiddler you can see where Strategy Web is looking for the file. In this case it is for Croatian language.

ACTION:

Add the missing bundles with translations (or copy translations from a standard language until translations have been finished) to the resBundles folder and restart the web server. Visual Insight analyses should now run fine.
