Strategy Web users can subscribe to History List and take advantage of a pre-generated cache for exporting in case that exporting the History List message is needed.
To use this feature follow the next steps:
Open the desired document in Strategy Web and select under Home>Subscribe>History List as shown below:
Under the "Pre-generate export" dropbox select the format to which the users might be exporting this History List message:
Note that for "PDF and Excel" to show in the dropbox, the exporting format has to be enabled under Tools>Document Properties> Run Modes as shown below:
Populate the rest of the parameters as desired and select "OK"
Once the subscription executes according to the schedule an export cache will be created in the Intelligence Server and will show up in the Document Cache monitor as shown below:
Note that for this feature to take effect, caching for the specific format has to be enabled for this document.
