KB46863: "Return S_FALSE because lScheduleTriggerType = 1 mbClusteringEnabled ...... Stop component: Scheduler of Distribution Service" error message is logged in DSSErrors.log when executing subscriptions in MicroStrategy 9.3.x - 9.4.x.

SYMPTOM
In Strategy Intelligence Server 9.3.x - 9.4.x, the following error may be logged in the DSSErrors.log when subscriptions are triggered in a clustered environment, even though the triggered subscriptions run successfully.
 

MSIScheduler::SubmitNCSRequestsForTrigger(): Return S_FALSE because lScheduleTriggerType = 1 mbClusteringEnabled = true mPrimaryProjectsFlagMap.size = 0. Stop component: Scheduler of Distribution Service.
MSIScheduler::OnTriggerSchedule: Time-based schedule _schedulename is triggered. Error in SubmitNCSRequestsForTrigger. ErrorCode=0x1. Failed component: Scheduler of Distribution Service.

 
CAUSE
This error message is just informational and does not indicate an actual error. This message is logged on the node which does not run the job associated with the subscription.
 
ACTION
This message can be ignored as the subscriptions run successfully.
In the next upcoming major Strategy release, this message will be logged in the Distribution Services > Scheduler trace as an informational message and not as an error message in DSSErrors.
