Deactivate the server through License Manager before uninstalling MicroStrategy.

SYMPTOM:
 
A deactivate.txt file is not generated in $HOME_PATH and the Licensing site is not notified when uninstalling Strategy 9.x on Linux.
 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy 9.x.
 
WORKAROUND:
 
Deactivate the server through License Manager before uninstalling Strategy.
