SYMPTOM:
When a report is subscribed to a compressed file with Strategy Distribution Services, the decompressed file name is displayed as broken characters as seen below:
Subscription settings:
Uncompressed file:
CAUSE:
The compressed file is encoded using UTF8.
ACTION:
Use software which supports decompression of UTF8 encoding. This is an example for decompression using 7-zip 4.65.
