The background color in iPad is always black even if light theme has been set for Visual Insight in MicroStrategy Mobile 9.4.1

SYMPTOM:
The background color in iPad is always black even if light theme has been set for Visual Insight in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1. In Strategy Web, the light theme is chosen and the background color for Visual Insight appears correctly.

But in iPad with Strategy Mobile 9.4.1, the background color is still black as seen below.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue for Visual Insight in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1. 
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 10.0. Upgrade to this version or later to take advantage of this fix.
