SYMPTOM:
"Error Loading content" appears during the prompt answer selection in Strategy Web 9.3.1.
CAUSE:
This issue occurs when the report uses prompts that contain Search objects in the report layout.
It is only triggered when the report contains several prompts and they are displayed on separate pages using the following setting:
User Preferences > Prompts > Each on a separate page
ACTION:
This issue is resolved in 9.4.1. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix
WORKAROUND:
Consider using the "Use Prompts on same page" setting in Strategy Web Preferences as this doesn't trigger the issue.
