This is a notification that your Strategy implementation may be out of compliance with your software agreement.
Intelligence Server is licensed to use 1 CPUs. You are currently using 2 CPUs.

Since the recently applied key is Named User based, there should be no limit on the number of CPUs implemented in the environment.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy 9.x. Applying a Named User based license Key in an environment that was installed with a Free Reporting suite license key has been shown to corrupt the behavior file (mstr.bhv). This can cause the Intelligence Server to erroneously go out of compliance.

ACTION:
This issue is resolved in Strategy 10.x and newer. Upgrade to the latest version to take advantage of the fix.

WORKAROUND:
Users experiencing this issue must complete a full uninstallation of Strategy 9.x. Once Strategy has been reinstalled, the behavior file will be rewritten, and the issue should no longer be present.
