Question:
Is it possible to have Strategy warn or notify the user/administrator that the current license key being used by the product will be expiring soon in Strategy 9.x?
Note: A similar pop-up warning is given by Strategy to the user when they login if the environment is out-of-compliance.
Answer:
Unfortunately, this feature is currently not possible in Strategy 9.x. There is currently an enhancement request for the ability to either have Strategy prompt a pop-up warning or send an email to the user associated with the activation via License Manager to notify the administrator of imminent license key expiration. Please contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on this enhancement request.
