SYMPTOM:
After fresh installation, when users try to launch Strategy Analytics Desktop, the following error message appears. After clicking "OK", the window closes and Strategy Analytics Desktop is not launched.
MSTRSvr2.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point ??0XalanTransformer@xalanc_1_10@@QAE@AAVMemoryManager@xercesc_2_7@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library Xalan-C_1_10.dll.
