SYMPTOM:
The font size in Dropdown selector is adjusted automatically based on the length of text in Strategy Mobile App for iPad and iPhone 9.x, as shown:
STEPS TO REPRODUDUCE:
Follow the steps below to reproduce this behavior In the Strategy Tutorial Project
1 - Create a repot with the Call Center attribute
2 - Create a document and use the newly created report as dataset
3 - Insert a Drop-down selector
4 - Add Call center in the selector and define the selector Width as 2 and Height = 3
5 - Change the font size to 16
6 - Open on iPad or iPhone and select different attribute elements, so the font size will be adjusted according to the size of the word.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile App for iPad and iPhone 9.x.
ACTION:
Contact the Strategy Technical Support for an update on this issue.
Observation: This issue does not happen in Strategy Web.
