KB47270: A text metric does not display in tooltips in MicroStrategy Visual Insight 9.4.1 on a Scatter grid or Pie chart

SYMPTOMS :
In a Scatter grid or Pie chart Visual Insight dashboard, a text metric does not display in the tooltips.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
Max(Country@DESC) {~}

1. In Strategy Desktop, create a metric with value in text format using the following definition:
2. Save the metric and name it with 'Metric_Value_ in_Text_Format'
3. Create a dataset with  'Metric_Value_ in_Text_Format', cost, Call Center, Country
4. Create a VI dashboard based on the dataset with scatter grid visualization or Pie chart visualisation
   (Add country to the X Axis, Call Center to X Axis. Set the metrics as tooltips).
   
5. 'Metric_Value_ in_Text_Format' does not display.
    
   

ACTION:
The issue does not occur with other visualizations such as Image Layout or Heat Map.
This issue has been addressed in version 9.5.5. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix
