SYMPTOM
In Web, exporting a dashboard to PDF in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox may open a blank page in Strategy Analytics Desktop 9.4.1.0 and above and Strategy 9.4.x-10.x
CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Analytics Desktop and Strategy 9.4.x-10.x. By default, Chrome and Firefox will open PDFs using their own internal PDF viewers, which sometimes may render dashboards exported to PDF from Strategy as blank pages.
ACTION
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
WORKAROUND
1. Download and save the PDF to the local machine and open it using a supported version of Adobe Reader
2. Change the default PDF viewer to Adobe Reader for Chrome and Firefox by following the instructions provided by the vendor:
