KB47327: The installer hangs when performing a silent installation in MicroStrategy 9.4.x

SYMPTOM:
 
When installing Strategy 9.4.x using silent mode:

• The installation hangs without any entries in the install.log file.
• Response.ini and setup.iss are configured and located correctly. 

CAUSE:
 
Microsoft DHTML Editing Control is missing from the machine which needs to be installed prior to installing Strategy. Beginning in Strategy 9.2.0, the installer has been changed to the Microsoft MSI. 
 
ACTION:
 
Install Microsoft DHTML Editing Control before performing a silent installation. Microsoft DHTML Editing Control is provided in the Strategy "3rdParty" installation folder. The default location of this folder is "<Installation Drive>:\Installations\Utilities\3rdParty\Triedit\".
