SYMPTOMS:
When importing a CSV file in Strategy Analytics Desktop 9.4.1.x, the semicolon separator is not recognized. For example, the CSV file below contains both colon and semicolon, as shown:

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Analytics Desktop 9.4.1.x.
ACTION:
Contact the Strategy Technical Support for an update on this issue.
WORKAROUND:
Use only colon as separator.
