Some users may experience issues sending compressed attachements via MicroStrategy Distribution Servives, due to mail server filters/restrictions that reject emails containing compressed/zipped files. As a result, it may be necessary to change the file extension of these files to avoid these filters. Beginning in MicroStrategy 9.2.1, users have the option to change the ".zip" extension at the project-level to an extension of their choosing. This does not change the method of compression.
