Article outlines a reason why image files are not displayed in a MicroStrategy document when running against an Intelligence Server on Linux.

SYMPTOM:
.jpg mage is not displaying in a Strategy document when Strategy 9.x Intelligence Server on Linux.
CAUSE:
The image extension is .JPG instead of .jpg.
Linux operating systems are case sensitive. Linux will treat .JPG file as text file instead of image.

ACTION:
Change the image file extension to lower case .jpg.
