When is the em4mstr folder required to configure ESRI map in MicroStrategy Analytics Enterprise Web 9.4.1

There are three types of ESRI server installation that can be done in order to implement ESRI in Strategy Web 9.4.1.

ESRI cloud based offering of Strategy
ESRI on-premise server ( known as local server )
ESRI public server.

When customer's use ESRI on-premise server they need to use the em4mstr folder process in order to configure ESRI-map in MSTR web 9.4.x.

As per ESRI website : http://location-analytics.arcgis.com/en/maps-for-microstrategy/install-and-configure/deploy-the-visualization-plug-in.htm :

It mentions that "  Esri Maps for Strategy is delivered to you as an ISO image containing two folders: an asp folder for IIS deployments and a jsp folder for all JavaServer Pages deployments. Each of these folders contains a folder named em4mstr."

This above link and information is related to the ESRI plugin what ESRI sells and develops. For customer's using ESRI on premise server need to go through the above process to be able to integrate ESRI with Strategy Maps.
Users in this case have their own ArcGis account.

NOTE: This can be also used for ESRI cloud offering available at arcgis.online.
NOTE: User encounter any issue about above plugin shall contact ESRI support.
