The remote command manager program requires Java to execute. The java version can be either a JDK or JRE. There are three environment variables that must be set before the client program can run.
JAVA_CERT – the path to the java cacerts file on the client machine
JAVA_HOME – the path to the java installation on the client machine
RCMS_HOME - the path to the RemoteCmdMgr.bat
Each system will have a different path to the JDK or JRE, it’s up to the end-user to properly install and configure their machine for the JAVA variables. Please refer to the following information only as reference.
Java Reference
The default location for the JAVA 32-bit installation is to C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\.
JAVA_CERT:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\lib\security\cacerts
JAVA_HOME:

The final environment variable that needs to be set is the RCMS_HOME. This is the location of the RemoteCmdMgr.bat file provided by Strategy Technical Support.
